Another year gone and back at Oxford again. The weather was lovely....here are the results of the Bejewelled Bags workshop we need another day to finish really but 2 bags were nearly done (don't know why i didn't get photos flakiness probably!)

Worcester Embroiderers Guild

Just popped over to Worcester Embroiderers Guild to listen to Edwina Mackinnon talk about her quilts and see all her amazing samples. She really does have the whole dyeing thing sussed out her colours are vibrant in one hand then softly but cleverly merged in the other. It's only when you hear an artist talk about their work do you understand the complex thought that goes into these pieces.
